FAQs
There is a 60-90 minute intake session to review the in-depth intake packet (completed and submitted before the first appointment) and discuss referral concerns and relevant background information. There is a 60-minute feedback session to review the results and recommendations.
Intake and feedback sessions can be via telehealth or in person based on patient preference; however, testing is in person and designed specifically for you.
A thorough written report with strengths, vulnerabilities, and recommendations is provided, typically five weeks after the feedback session. This report can also be sent to any additional clinicians, teachers, etc. as long as a release of information is signed.
Dr. Lee provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for patients across the lifespan (children ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, and older adults). We also see early childhood evaluations on a case-by-case basis.
Dr. Lee is out of network for insurance, except for Medicare Part B. You pay the clinic directly for services. Your insurance provider may still cover out-of-network services. We will happily provide you with a superbill after the evaluation, which you can provide to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many patients receive 50-80% insurance reimbursement for services.

Our assessments are guided by what’s best for you, not just what insurance companies dictate. With out-of-network services, your privacy is respected; your results remain confidential and are only added to your medical record if you choose. Your needs and peace of mind are always our top priority.
Insurance rarely covers the vital testing needed for learning and attention concerns, even when they say they do, often leaving clinics uncompensated and patients without the care they truly need. By offering out-of-network services, we can focus on you and provide the high-quality, patient-centered care you deserve. This approach lets us prioritize your well-being and ensure you get the support that matters most.
We understand that investing in your well-being is important. Our comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation is $3,400 (plus tax), covering everything from your initial interview and testing to expert analysis, a detailed report, and a feedback session where we walk you through your results with care and clarity.
If you need extra support, such as forms, letters, consultations, or extended phone calls, we offer these additional services at $250 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Appointments are typically available within 4 weeks, and we’re honored to dedicate our full attention to you, scheduling only one patient per day to ensure truly individualized, high-quality care.
To reserve your spot, a deposit of $1,700 (plus tax) is required at booking, with the remaining balance due the day before your evaluation. We want this process to be as smooth and supportive as possible.
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us right away, we’re here to help. For cancellations less than 5 business days before your appointment or for missed appointments, a cancellation fee of 50% of the evaluation cost applies. Once your appointment is confirmed, a portion of the initial fee is nonrefundable for any cancellations. After your evaluation begins, refunds are not available.

A superbill is a record of all the procedures (CPT codes) included in the evaluation, along with any diagnoses (ICD-10 codes) made. Superbills are different from receipts or invoices because they provide additional information regarding the visit (diagnoses and procedure codes) required to have a claim approved. If the patient is able to be reimbursed for a portion or all of the evaluation costs, we will assist you in understanding the superbill.
Cash, debit/credit cards, check, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) are all accepted forms of payment.
