The People Behind Your Care
Every person on the Clary Clinic team chose this work because they believe people deserve to be truly understood, not processed. Here’s who you’ll be working with.
Jessica Lee, PsyD, LP
Clinical Neuropsychologist/ Owner
Dr. Lee founded Clary Clinic because she kept seeing the same thing over and over in her career: people who had been struggling for years, sometimes decades, without ever getting a complete, coherent explanation for why. She wanted to build a place where that could actually change.
Dr. Lee is a licensed psychologist specializing in clinical neuropsychology, with experience evaluating patients across the full lifespan, from children navigating learning challenges to older adults managing cognitive changes. What draws her to this work is the moment when a patient finally has language for what they’ve been experiencing.
Her clinical expertise spans neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning and intellectual disabilities), traumatic brain injury, dementia and other neurological conditions, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma. She also has extensive experience working with veterans and their families.
Her path to neuropsychology was deliberate. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Concordia College, followed by a master’s and an educational specialist degree in school psychology at Moorhead State University. She spent nine years as a school psychologist before completing her doctoral degree at the University of St. Thomas, bringing a rare combination of real-world school experience and advanced clinical training to her practice. She completed her doctoral internship at the St. Cloud VA Healthcare System and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology.
Patients consistently describe her as someone who makes them feel genuinely heard, not just evaluated. That’s not a coincidence. It’s the whole point.
Emily Carlson, BA
Psychometrist
Emily has spent more than 10 years doing something that requires both precision and genuine human connection: sitting with people one-on-one for hours of cognitive testing and making them feel comfortable the entire time. She’s remarkably good at it.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University. She has assessed and supported both children and adults across a wide range of evaluation contexts, and she brings the same careful attention and warm presence to every patient she works with. She deeply believes in the value of getting the assessment right because accurate results lead to meaningful answers.
Emily's approach is grounded in precision, consistency, and genuine connection with the people she works with. She believes in the power of standardized, evidence-based assessment to uncover each person's unique cognitive profile, and she brings careful attention and a calm, reassuring presence to every patient interaction.
AnneMary Wielkiewicz, EdS
Forty years. That’s how long AnneMary spent as a school psychologist before joining Clary Clinic, and that depth of experience is something you feel the moment you meet her. She has a gift for putting people at ease, especially children and families who arrive nervous about what testing will be like.
AnneMary completed her undergraduate training in music education and psychology at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, and earned her Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Moorhead State University. She worked with students from preschool through high school for over four decades, building the kind of wisdom and patience that only comes with time. She brings all of that to every patient she works with at Clary Clinic.
Psychometrist
SuLynn Fitch, BA
Clinic Director
SuLynn Fitch is the kind of person who makes everything run and makes it look easy. As Clinic Director, she is the foundation of Clary Clinic, overseeing day-to-day operations, patient coordination, community outreach, and marketing, while never losing sight of the most important part: the people walking through the door.
From the moment a patient or family first reaches out, SuLynn is often the first voice they hear — and that's not an accident. She sets the tone for the entire Clary Clinic experience. Warm, organized, and genuinely invested in the people she works with, she has a gift for making complex or intimidating processes feel manageable. Patients don't just feel administratively handled; they feel taken care of.
Beyond the clinic walls, SuLynn is a passionate community advocate and mental health champion. She brings years of leadership experience across the nonprofit, healthcare, and coaching sectors. Her experiences have all been in service of one consistent thread: helping people access the support they need and feel dignified in the process. She is driven, deeply compassionate, and exactly the kind of person you want running the heart of a clinic like this one.
A Note About Our Approach
Every member of the Clary Clinic team is committed to patient-centered care. We schedule one patient per day — not because it's the most efficient model, but because it's the right one. You'll never feel rushed, overlooked, or like just another name on a calendar.
