  • "A huge thank you to Dr. Lee and Clary Clinic for providing my son a full and thorough evaluation to help him understand his condition, and how to go forward with it! • "Had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Lee and all the Clary clinic staff. They were supportive, responsive and made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the entire process. They did a thorough analysis to truly understand my unique experience. I really appreciate the time and detail they provided in the follow-up assessment visit. Highly recommend."

  • "We were referred to the Clary Clinic for a current evaluation for our daughter, who has dyslexia and dysgraphia. She hadn’t had a full evaluation since early grade school, and Dr. Lee and her team were so helpful in testing and explaining the results. Highlighting positive growth, outlining supports our daughter may benefit from as she finishes high school and heads to college, and encouraging self-advocacy helped our daughter’s confidence and has been fueling her current success. We highly recommend the Clary Clinic and Dr. Lee."

  • "Extremely impressed with Dr Lee. I think Dr Lee has us on the right track and my daughter is finally going to get the help and support she needs. I highly recommend the Clary Clinic if you are interested in an independent iep evaluation on your child. Thank you Dr Lee!"

  • "The care and services provided were so respectful and person centered. It can be so intimidating stressful trying to manage mental health issues as an adult. The team made me feel like I had their full attention. They were very attentive and communicative and provided excellent care. The Dr is also very culturally responsive, respectful and aware, which is nice to experience as a POC in a city like St Cloud."

  • "I came here with the hunch of what I had but after talking to them and seeing the full evaluation it set me on the right path. My life is something I can enjoy now and it was in big part because of the wonderful people here."

  • "The Clary Clinic prioritizes patient care and provides evaluations without the long wait time. They are a wonderful resource for the community!"

  • "We had an excellent experience at the Clary Clinic. We came in with an elderly relative for a consultation on a very complex case, which Dr. Lee was able to start sorting out. She was highly professional and really helped put our relative at ease during the testing. Her recommendations after the testing were delivered with sensitivity and care. The other clinic staff were also very helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!"

  • "You handled my wife and her condition with grace and kindness and loving attention. Why can't every doctor's office be like this? This is the way that you have a doctor's office. Hands down the best service I've ever received in my life. Thank you Clary Clinic, you're a life changer."

  • "We had an excellent experience at Clary Clinic. From the start, the process felt very thoughtful and patient-centered. We were able to get an appointment within weeks which is unheard of compared to the long wait times at many other clinics."

  • "What really stood out to us is that they only schedule one patient per day. You truly feel like the focus is entirely on you, without being rushed or squeezed in between other appointments. The entire evaluation felt thorough, attentive, and personalized. They were flexible to my son’s needs (Example: Breaking for lunch and allowing us to take the time we needed to refresh so he could finish the assessment)."

  • "Dr. Lee was both highly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear she cares about treating each patient as an individual, not just going through a checklist. We also appreciated how easy it was to get started—no referral needed, just a simple first step to reach out. We would highly recommend Clary Clinic to anyone looking for expert care in a supportive and focused environment."

What to Expect:
The Evaluation Process

Step 1 — Intake Session (60–90 minutes)

Before your evaluation, you'll complete an in-depth intake packet. At the intake session — available via telehealth or in person — Dr. Lee reviews your background, listens to your concerns, and makes sure the evaluation is tailored specifically to you.

Step 2 — Testing

Testing is conducted in person and tailored to your individual needs. We schedule only one patient per day, so you'll have a calm, comfortable experience with our full attention.

Step 3 — Feedback Session (60 minutes)

After testing, you'll meet with Dr. Lee to review your results in plain language. You'll have time to ask questions and understand what the findings mean for you and your life.

Step 4 — Written Report

Within approximately five weeks of your feedback session, you'll receive a thorough written report outlining your strengths, challenges, and personalized recommendations. With your permission, we can share this with teachers, physicians, or other providers.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

  • We provide evaluations for patients across the lifespan — children ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Early childhood evaluations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Dr. Lee is an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans, except Medicare Part B.

  • Very possibly, yes. Many of our patients are surprised by how much their insurance reimburses for out-of-network care— often up to 50–80% of the evaluation cost. We work directly with you rather than billing insurance (except for Medicare Part B), which means after your evaluation, we provide you with a superbill — everything your insurance needs to process your claim. We’ll walk you through how to use it.

  • Because it lets us put your needs first — not an insurance company’s. When insurance dictates care, it often limits which tests can be run, how long an evaluation can take, and what gets documented in your medical record. By working directly with you, we can conduct a truly thorough evaluation, tailored specifically to your situation, without those constraints.

It also means your results stay private. Your evaluation is only added to your medical record if you choose to share it.

And practically speaking, in-network neuropsychology practices often have wait times of 6–12 months or more. We see patients within 4 weeks. For a child struggling in school or an adult waiting on answers, that difference matters.

  • In some cases, when concerns are very specific and a full evaluation isn’t necessary, Dr. Lee may offer a more targeted evaluation. Examples include ADHD-only assessments, dyslexia evaluations, and dementia or memory-specific evaluations for patients not covered under Medicare Part B.

These follow the same high standard of care as our comprehensive evaluations — the scope is simply more targeted to your specific concern.

Targeted evaluations aren’t the right fit for every situation, and Dr. Lee reviews each request individually to make sure you’re getting the level of assessment that will actually answer your questions. If you’re wondering whether a targeted evaluation might be appropriate for you or your child, just reach out — we’re happy to talk it through.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, check, HSA, FSA, and HRA. We also offer CareCredit for flexible monthly payment options — a great choice if you’d prefer to spread the cost over time.

To reserve your appointment, one-third of the total cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due the day before your testing and feedback appointments.

  • A superbill is the document your insurance company needs to reimburse you for out-of-network services. It includes the procedure codes (CPT) and diagnosis codes (ICD-10) from your evaluation — essentially a detailed, insurance-ready receipt. We provide it automatically after your evaluation and will help you understand exactly how to submit it. You shouldn’t have to figure that out on your own.

  • Use the contact form on this website, call or text us at (320) 247-4068, or send a fax to (218) 656-7265. No referral needed — just reach out and we'll take it from there.
